Prices.
Images are illustrative. Colour and appearance may vary because of lighting, screens and manufacturing differences.
Measurements may be approximate. Customers should review the relevant sizing information before ordering.
If a material product error affects an order, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate option, including cancellation where required.
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the store.
For a UK-facing store, prices may be displayed in pounds sterling. Applicable consumer taxes will be included where required.
The final payable amount will be displayed before the order is submitted.
Prices may change prospectively. A later price change will not normally affect an accepted order.
Products placed in a basket are not reserved.
Before submitting an order, customers will have an opportunity to review the products, address and total price.
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of the order but does not necessarily confirm acceptance.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, acceptance occurs when we:
Send a dispatch confirmation; or
Otherwise confirm acceptance in writing.
A separate contract may be formed for each dispatched package.
We may refuse or cancel an order before acceptance where:
A product is unavailable;
Payment cannot be authorised;
Information is materially inaccurate;
An obvious pricing error occurred;
Fraud or abuse is reasonably suspected;
Delivery is not available to the address; or
Accepting the order would breach applicable law.
Any payment already taken for a cancelled order will be refunded.
Payment must be made using a method available at checkout.
Customers confirm that:
They are authorised to use the payment method;
Payment information is accurate;
Sufficient funds or credit are available; and
The transaction is lawful.
Payments may be processed by Shopify, Shopify Payments or another authorised provider.
Promotional offers may have separate conditions.
Unless otherwise stated:
Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash;
Discount codes cannot be combined;
Discounts must be applied before order submission;
Promotions may be limited by product, time or availability; and
Promotions may be withdrawn prospectively.
Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
All eligible orders receive free standard delivery.
Estimated delivery is 15–20 calendar days from order confirmation unless another estimate is clearly displayed before purchase.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Further information is provided in our Shipping Policy.
For consumer purchases, delivery risk generally passes when the goods are physically received by:
The customer; or
A person nominated by the customer, other than the carrier.
Ownership passes after full payment and delivery unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Eligible UK consumers generally have 14 days after receiving goods to notify us of cancellation and a further 14 days to return them.
Full conditions appear in our Return and Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms affects rights relating to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or unsuitable goods.
Customers are responsible for:
Keeping login credentials confidential;
Providing accurate account information;
Updating outdated information;
Restricting account access; and
Reporting suspected unauthorised use.
We may suspend an account where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention or legal compliance.
Users must not:
Use the store unlawfully;
Conduct fraudulent transactions;
Interfere with security;
Introduce malicious code;
Attempt unauthorised access;
Scrape protected content without permission;

Misuse the return or payment-dispute process.
Access may be restricted in response to a material breach.
Reviews and other submitted content must:
Reflect a genuine experience;
Be lawful;
Avoid confidential information;
Avoid infringement of third-party rights; and
Not contain malicious or misleading material.
Customers retain ownership of their content.
By submitting content for publication, the customer grants lurevynx.shop a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display and format it for store operation and promotion.
We may remove content that breaches these Terms.
Original store content, branding, text, graphics and layouts may be protected by intellectual-property law.
Protected content may not be commercially reproduced, republished or used to create a misleading association with lurevynx.shop without permission.
Third-party names, logos and images remain the property of their respective owners.
The store may use or link to services operated by:
Shopify;
Payment providers;
Delivery providers;
Social networks; and
Other independent businesses.
Independent services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We aim to maintain store availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
Interruptions may occur because of:
Maintenance;
Technical problems;
Security updates;
Provider outages;
Legal requirements; or
Events outside reasonable control.
Temporary unavailability does not remove rights relating to an existing order.
Products supplied to UK consumers must be:
Of satisfactory quality;
Fit for their usual or expressly agreed purpose; and
As described.
Any voluntary warranty is additional to statutory rights.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where limitation would be unlawful, including liability for:
Death or personal injury caused by negligence;
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
Breach of statutory consumer rights;
Defective products where liability cannot be excluded; or
Any other non-excludable liability.
For consumers, we are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care.
We are not responsible for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses arising from a purchase made wholly for personal use.
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside reasonable control, including:
Severe weather;
Transport disruption;
Carrier failures;
Customs disruption;
Public emergencies;
Industrial action;
Cyber incidents; and

We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of the event.
This provision does not remove a legal right to cancel where an essential or legally required delivery deadline is missed.
Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms may be updated prospectively to reflect changes in law, technology or business practices.
The Terms applying to an order are generally those in effect when the order was submitted.
If a provision is unlawful or unenforceable, it will be reduced or interpreted to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.
Customers may not transfer contractual rights or obligations without written consent unless the law permits otherwise.
We may transfer our rights and obligations as part of a legitimate business transfer, provided consumer protection is not reduced.
Unless expressly stated, a person who is not a party to the contract has no right to enforce these Terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections available in the customer’s place of residence.
The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also use their local courts where applicable.
